Elston Beef is owned and operated by Michele and Wes Elston. We are located 23 miles east of Jamestown, ND, just 6 miles north of Interstate 94. Wes grew up farming and raising cattle. In 2005, Wes and Michele began their life together on the farm. We farm and raise Registered Angus cattle. In the past, we have sold our steers to our family and friends to take to be processed.
